Mediation is never a fun place to be, if you know you know. Though no agreements were made Kasey was great about keeping the vibe neutral and keeping emotions at bay.

This place of business hands down was a top notch firm that represented my wife.And I in mediation, I recommend this place with five stars plus.

My ex and I relied on Casey during our divorce process for a period of nine months (which is atypically long). While we were not able to reach a complete agreement through mediation, we were able to reach agreements on most items amicably thanks to his guidance. Therefore, we only used more expensive attorneys for the outstanding items. Also, his meditation kept temperaments low and helped minimize escalations (and therefore retaliations), which would likely not have been true had we started with attorneys.

I highly recommend starting with mediation, specifically Fusion, even if it's just to establish a baseline set of agreements. It's far cheaper, efficient, effective, and and low-key than starting with attorneys. That's important in the big picture and with kids.
